After your 12-month commitment, you automatically transition to a month-to-month MAINTAIN PLAN. Your rate stays the same as long as you remain a client. The Maintain plan keeps your digital presence running smoothly with essential services.
EXIT POLICY
We believe in earning your business every month. If you decide to move on, here’s how the process works:
- Provide 60-day written notice of your intent to cancel.
- Walking Seven will migrate your site off our hosting and hand over all site files.
- You own your website fully. Walking Seven retains licensing on proprietary themes and templates.
- Some third-party plug-ins and services might be used on your site. You will be responsible for those fees after migration.
